About me
I serve as Director of Resilience & Recovery at Houston Arts Alliance, where I lead efforts to connect long-term recovery and resilience across the arts sector. I bring more than 25 years of nonprofit experience, with a background in community-based recovery, long-term disaster case management, emergency management, and state and federal grant administration, including DHAP, SSBG, CDBG, and CDBG-DR. My work centers on equity, inclusive community engagement, economic opportunity, and strengthening the systems that help arts organizations recover, adapt, and sustain their impact over time. I hold a master’s degree in business administration and serve on the Advisory Board for TX-CERA. I am also a past chair of the Texas Gulf Coast Regional VOAD and a steering member of the Harris County Long-Term Recovery Committee. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, volunteering, interior design, and spending time with my family.
